Coin Laundry right outside the condo. Relax and enjoy gorgeous sunset sky from the condo. Close to many local attractions, restaurants, sporting activities, outlet shopping, and groceries. Forty five minutes from Jacksonville and Daytona, less than 2 hours to the Kennedy Space Center and Disney World. About one hour to the Ocala National Forest and the crystal clear Florida fresh water springs,72 degrees F. water temperature all year round
We were introduced to St Augustine by a close friend who grew up there and now owns a vacation home there. We loved the Beach and the City from the first few minutes we got there. The beach is very welcoming ,fun with a happy feel and no high rise buildings. The oldest City is just that with a lot of charm and history. We never get tired of strolling the streets in the evenings.
