If smoking has occurred inside the house there is a $600 smoke remediation fee that will be charged. (Please close all doors and windows remain closed while smoking.)
No unregistered guests. The number of guests should match the reservation. We do not charge for extra guest. For fire code safety and insurance purposes we must know the number of guests in the home
Respect the property. Guests are expected to treat the home with care, just as they would their own. This includes not rearranging furniture and being mindful of their surroundings.

The property was impeccably clean and well appointed and still kept its period feel. The grounds were lush and manicured. The location was perfect for access to the amphitheater across the street. We enjoyed our stay very much.
