This spacious home features four king-sized bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and two sofa sleepers, and four bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends looking for a vacation getaway.
Swim in your private, heated swimming pool or take a short 100-step walk to the beach using the private community boardwalk.
Our home is a haven of comfort and luxury, with everything you need for a truly indulgent stay. From plush bed and bath linens to a designer stand-alone tub and elegant tiled floors, we've meticulously considered every detail to ensure your vacation is perfect. Additional amenities include a Freezer, Microwave, Ice Maker, Oven, Ceiling Fans, Refrigerator, Wi-Fi access, Coffee Maker, Keurig, Cooking Range, Televisions throughout the entire home, including the bedrooms, Cookware, Dishwasher, Utensils, Washer and Dryer, and much more.
The house has two levels, with beautiful landscaping outside and professionally decorated interiors!
This quiet but hip area of Vilano/North Beach is famous for surfing, paddle boarding, fishing, shark teeth hunting, and much more. You can walk, bike, or drive to many great restaurants within minutes. Our comfortable home is a 5-minute drive to the fun & activity-filled oldest town in America, St. Augustine! The Vilano Beach pier is a 5-minute car drive away (or a 40-minute beach walk), where you'll find a Publix Grocery Store and a mini outdoor mall. A local Post Office, Bait & Gear store, a boat rental facility and gas dock, a local pub, and more restaurants near and on the Intercoastal beach are in the same area. It is a 20-minute drive to the home of the PGA at TPC Sawgrass and a 2.5-hour drive to Disney World.
The pool can be heated to a maximum of 84 degrees for an additional $250/week or less.

Everything was great. The location was perfect for my family. We all enjoyed our staunas well as having enough room for evweyone to be able to relax quietly when not spending timmdoing family activities. The host Marty was easy to reach but thank goodness we didnt have any problems.My family and I will definitely stay again.

Wonderful House, Great Location
My friends and I stayed at this house for our annual girls trip in late September. We love staying in houses where we can all hang out together in the living room or the backyard pool, but also each have our own bedroom. Sea La Vie was the perfect place for us. New, clean, and a great location to explore beautiful St. Augustine. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The house was pristine clean when we arrived. Highly recommend!

I-phone took us to the neighborhood after the street house is on but easily found. Beautiful new beach house with pool and spacious. The children enjoyed the pool. The pool is very shallow all the way across so no diving. There seemed to be some type of flying ants at pool the first day and evening but it was raining. There are also other ants on pool patio that got into our lunch. The yard is in need of some TLC but we were not there for the yard. Neighbors were very nice and someone invited us to a party that had water slides for the children, so very family friendly.
The beach was wonderful and very private.
The house could use a maybe some more pool towels and there was no large coffee pot, only a single serve maker. There was no can opener and for sure needs many more dishcloths.
We enjoyed our time together in the house and we would definitely stay again.
