House is tucked in an adorable community about 15 - 20 min. from downtown St. Augustine, backs to a small pond that has great walking trails, abundant wildlife (deer, otters, ducks, Cardinals, rabbits).The house is perfect for families, garage has been converted into a bedroom with two queen beds. Very comfortable, clean and communication was quick, polite and extremely helpful.Pool was refreshing and convenient.
