Gorgeous, Direct Oceanfront Townhome-Sea Place 15278
Coastal décor runs throughout this renovated 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo. The bright and open kitchen has been updated with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats four, along with two counter height stools. A convenient half bath is located on the first floor. The spacious living area has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large, wall mounted TV. Dine on the balcony while enjoying the oceanfront views!
On the second level is the master bedroom, with a King bed and wall mounted TV. Step out to the private balcony for additional expansive beach views. The ensuite bath has a step-in shower.
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and an additional TV, and the guest bathroom has a tub.
There is a stack front-loading washer and dryer at the top of the staircase.
Hard surface flooring is on both levels. Additional amenities are high-speed wireless internet and cable TV. Sea Place is close to restaurants and shopping, local attractions such as the St. Augustine Lighthouse, the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, and Marineland, plus a short drive to the downtown historic district.

St. Augustine Relaxation
The condo is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. The beds are very comfortable. The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed having a view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and I would stay there again in the future.
