Such a cozy stay in the heart of Old Town St. Augustine. This home had a nicely stocked kitchen. Walkable to all the sights and just a short drive to the beach. We appreciated the responsiveness of our host and look forward to our next visit!

What a wonderful home! It is so close to everything. We were able to walk to many places. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a quick 2-night stopover stay on our way to Miami. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The house interior has been renovated and is lovely. I was worried about only having one bathroom with a shower though it ended up being just fine, as there was a half bath in one of the bedrooms. Washer/dryer was nice to have. There was one disappointment, the bed in the room off the living room isn’t comfortable (could use a new mattress). The trundle bed underneath is comfy though. Location is great, convenient for walking to most things. It was nice not having to move our cars while there. Communication with Virginia (the host/owner) was easy and responds quickly. We will be looking to book this house again when next in St Augustine.

Great hostess and fully stocked and modernized. Our small beagle could get under the fence in the front yard, but hostess says that will be repaired soon. Location could not be better! Walking distance to eveything in the Old City. St Augustine is a great place to visit.

Location, location, location plus a charmingly updated bungalow with all new amenities was the perfect recipe for a 3-night stay in historic St. Augustine. We walked out our door and in 300 yards we were in the midst of all the shops and restaurants on St. George St. The owner was very friendly and responsive and the home was well stocked to make our stay stress free. It was dog-friendly for our 15 year old Cocker Spaniel and the front yard was fenced in so made it so convenient for letting her out. Our previous 3 trips to St. Augustine we stayed on the beach side so this was so enjoyable to stay in the heart of the historic district. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for walking all around downtown St. Augustine and for easily returning for nap breaks with our toddler. We loved relaxing on the patio in the evenings and watching the trolley and horse-drawn carriages go by. The home was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again.

This was the perfect house and location for our group of 6/7 adults. It was clean, had a nice outdoor area with a firepit and grill, and was walking distance to wherever we wanted to go. We would definitely stay again!

Best location ever. We were able to walk to almost every tour we did. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and kids. It was so cool to see the horse and carriage go by the house. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Host was easy to get in contact with.

This home is very well appointed and in the perfect location for our event. The beds were so so comfortable and plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen is gorgeous with everything you need. Just fill the fridge.You can walk to everything in downtown and sFlagler College. There was no problem with noise. Really a great updated historic cottage with a very attentive ownerr when needed otherwise hands off, which is how we like to travel. Will stay here again for sure.!!

We have traveled all over the world and have stayed at several short rental properties. This one has been by far the nicest one we have stayed at. The location of this home is SUPERB, within just a couple short blocks to the famous St. George Street. You can also walk to the Castillo de San Marco, although a bit of a longer walk, but so worth it if you want to avoid the hassle of having to find parking. At this property we had everything we could have asked for. Host even left a dozen eggs and cheese, water and pop soda. There was plenty of toilet paper, soap, coffee and creamer, and even laundry detergent. The home is bright and spacious. The beds are all very comfortable. The decor is impeccable, it looks like it was professionally designed. This was not like other short term rentals where they leave you one roll of toilet paper and you have to purchase more, no, the host thought of every little detailed to make us feel welcome and at home. We will cherish the time we spent at this property forever, and when we come back to St. Augustin, we will not stay anywhere else but here! So if you are looking for a wonderful stay in the beautiful City of St. Augustine, don't pass the opportunity to book this wonderful property.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location can’t be beat! It was lovely being able to walk to dinner and have so many choices that were around 0.3 miles. We would definitely stay at this property again!
