This is a lovely renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath one story home located in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking or biking distance to the famous Bridge of Lions leading to beautiful and picturesque downtown St Augustine(0.5m). Once there, you can go back in time with the European feel of downtown and enjoy the many bars, restaurants, tours, and museums.
The very prestigious Flagler College adds to the beauty of the downtown area and is worth a walk through.
The Conch House is just a short walk away (0.4m) where live music and drinks can be enjoyed while watching the fishing boats in a very active marina.
The entrance to the beautiful Anastasia Park with beach access is close as well (1.3). Tour the famous St Augustine Lighthouse(1.5m) on the way to the beach. If you are into music, go to the Ampitheatre (2.0m) to catch an outdoor concert or stroll through Saturday's Farmers' Market 9am to 1pm .
For a special treat from Nov 18 to Jan 31, come see the amazing Festival of Lights, where the downtown is transformed into a magical holiday wonderland.

Great location

Great location in Davis Shores. Close to everything! Restaurants and downtown is walking distance. House is very cute. Beds are a little hard,but looked to be brand new. No TV in bedrooms, this was hard for my daughter as she has to sleep with tv on. Other than that the house was great. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful experience

This property was warm, welcoming and immaculately clean. It was over the bridge away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip, which was pleasant when it was time to unwind and go to sleep.The host was extremely kind, left great instructions and communicated wonderfully. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the yard was nice and large and the home was well stocked with everything we needed.The home itself, was very spacious and my family and dogs were very happy and comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Augustine and would definitely book it again if I ever returned. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Anniversary trip to St. Augustine

We enjoyed our trip to St.Augustine and this home was in a great location just across the bridge in Anastasia Island. The home had a great fenced in back yard for our dog and had plenty of space inside. The only small issue we had was the keypad did not work to enter the house when we arrived so I had to call the property manager who told us to use the key in the lockbox instead. Immediately after this the host called to make sure we were able to get inside and asked if we wanted her to come change the battery in the keypad. I thought this was very good of her to check on us and offer to come fix it but we just worked with the key instead. Overall lovely house in a great location.

Festival of Light Lodging

This property was located just across the bridge from the downtown St. Augustine old town area making it a nice and easy walk. The lights viewed on our walk over the bridge was phenomenal. The property was perfect for our adult family. The rental was well equipped and larger than we expected making it very comfortable for our family. It is a very nice property and a very good location in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Older home but has been modernized inside. Great separate areas for my son, grandson and myself. Property Manager was excellent to work with. Very responsive to all my questions. Within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine which made it nice for my 24 year grandson.

Perfect Stay

Excellent location in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. Easy walking distance to restaurants on the island and across the bridge to Old Town St. Augustine. Clean, beautifully maintained home and yard, excellent floor plan for three couples. Great backyard for relaxing. Property manager very responsive and helpful. This will be our first choice for future trips.

Great spot for family and the location was A+!

Booking was easy with great communication and continued throughout our stay. We arrived and it was an easy check in, the home was just as pictured, very clean and very spacious! The location and community was perfect for us. The fenced in yard was nice with our pup. Walking distance to so many things as described in the listing. We were able to walk to downtown St.Augustine for all the museums, dining and Nights of Lights.This was by far one of our favorite Vrbo experiences, you won't regret booking here! Great House

Great house. Great location and neighborhood. Easy to get to all the neat spots. It is definitely larger then it looks in the pictures. House was clean (minus the wine bottle and glass that was under the bed my 10 year old stayed it. But that could have been missed when cleaning). Overall this was a perfect rental in a perfect location. We had a great vacation! We would definitely book this one again on our next trip!

This was a perfect location to downtown St Augustine as our group was in town for a wedding.
