The Space:
Welcome to the Classy Bohemian Beach Cabana! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This two bedroom, two bathroom Cabana is in the perfect location nestled between the beach and the intercoastal waterway. Incredible proximity to the beach and walkable to several top restaurants in the neighborhood including local favorite Caps on the Water. The heart of downtown Saint Augustine is just a quick car ride away. The Cabana feels light and airy with vaulted ceilings in the living room and both bedrooms. It has a spacious fully-fenced in back yard with outdoor dining area under a tropical pergola.

Bedroom 1 is a master suite on the first floor with cozy queen bed and full private bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a spacious open loft on the second floor with king bed, twin day bed and trundle. Attached to the loft is a second full bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire townhome and backyard as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for 2 cars, complimentary first morning stock of coffee and access to Fubo on each of the TVs.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with a free parking space for two cars included with your stay.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

Near st augustine

The place was comfortable and clean and bright with the basics we needed for our stay. The host was responsive which I appreciate.The host also seemed anxious to make which was not so relaxing.It did have an odd smell and the water had a funny taste. But that may be common with that water table. It would have been nice if there was some filtered water and some dressers or coat hangers and more things to cook with in the kitchen.Even so I would stay there again except that it felt on the fringes further away from the beaches I discovered I like more. Its a good place if you want to stay away from the crowds.

Awesome Girls Getaway!

We came into town for a Mothers/Daughters trip to honor a soon-to -be Mama of 3, who just wanted one more weekend of bliss before welcoming her 3rd blessing. We were a party of 6. This home was perfect on every level, and did not disappoint! Excellent communication, extremely clean, beautifully decorated and perfect location. Safe, peaceful neighborhood. Conveniently located to historic St Augustine, with super restaurants minutes away, and Publix just down the road. I would highly recommend this wonderful home!

Cute Townhouse in Great Location

This cute townhouse is in a great location off of A1a at the south end of the barrier island and Vilano Beach. It's easy to get to downtown St. Augustine and close to the beach. The weather was not the greatest so we didn't get much beach time. Plus the hurricane damage along A1a is still pretty bad. The home itself is a good size although the kitchen is quite small. We ended up eating in more than we thought because we had our Jack Russell with us and some of the local restaurants were not dog friendly even though they had nice outdoor patios. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Because of the rain we tracked in some leaves and debris so I looked for a vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately they said the property doesn't have one. Hopefully they will change that. If you are staying more than a day or two you will want one vs just a broom.
