The property is not steps from the beach it is on the street, the balcony faces the street, not sure where the pic with the steps in the sand were taken, misleading. Property was clean and well stocked, just not in a good location if looking for beach views.

Everything about our stay in Saint Augustine was wonderful. Oceans 13, Condo D was exactly what we were hoping for and we hope to return. The Condo was nicely decorated with a beach theme and the high ceilings made the place look bigger and brighter. The location to restaurants and beach were much closer than we expected with so many places to visit. Having the location “pet friendly” made our vacation lots of fun for us to share all it had to offer with our Frenchie, Milo.

Great getaway!!

The property was great! Not only was it conveniently located to restaurants and attractions, it is only a short walk to the beach! The condo had every we needed and more. The bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed sleeping in and having coffee on the balcony. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I had a great time in St Augustine and enjoyed our condo we stayed at! It was very clean and we liked how closed it was to the beach and other shops. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at beautiful St. Augustine Beach. It's a quick trip to the beach and a 7-minute drive to the lighthouse harbor for fishing charters.

Great experience

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time at this location. Booking through checkout was all a great experience. The communication from the property management company was fantastic. The property was everything that they claimed it would be. The location is super convenient to most attractions. Condo was well stocked and extremely clean. when I go back I will stay there again.

The condo was very cozy. It had very up to date stainless appliances & a great washer & dryer. It was a great location for walking to restaurants and the beach. My questions were answered almost immediately! Love the stay!

The property was clean and spacious for a 2 bedroom/bathroom. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Loved the balcony and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, as well as the short drive to shopping and St. Augustine attractions. Really good location.

Location, location, location!

Great beach access and walkability to restaurants, bike paths etc. Short drive to downtown and local attractions. Cute condo, well appointed. Only negatives were cleaning issues and noise (a sound machine would work!). Really nice stay!

Welcoming and close to the beach

The property manager had great communication throughout and they made sure our stay was great and an easy process. The listing is just as described and the apartment is very welcoming. We were able to go grocery shopping and cook. A walk to the beach takes less than 3 minutes and to Old St Augustine about 15 mins. Lots of places to go eat too around. Would stay there again!

We loved the property and location. Very clean with everything we needed. We were in town for s concert at Cafe 11 and were able to walk there and back in about 5 minutes each way. My favorite diner on the beach was also directly across the street which was nice. Great trip!

Hidden Gem

This property is very simple but perfect for a long weekend getaway. It’s in a great location, short walk down to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It’s above a retail space so you have a partial view of the ocean. The property managers are great! They were very communicative and took great care to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Quick response

We were trying to salvage our vacation after having to evacuation our 1st place in SC due to Hurricane Debby and subsequentflooding. The response to questions, making sure unit was clean, and adjusting the booking date were so fast we were able to enjoy the last bit of our family vacation. The unit was clean and close to the beach. The host responded to every question within minutes. Would definitely book again.

It was great area

The place was great . Supper homie place . Dinner right across. A super cute gift shop in the bottom with local artist merchandise. we were there for a concert so the beach was not our main destination. It is Florida so hot it’s the temperature it took the ac to cool’s of but once there , Perfection. Communication with the host excelente all questions ask . At the moment of my stay they were having some construction or work at the beach , not sure how long that’s going to be on for . With that been said we could hear the beeping sound of machinery ,we got a noise machine that drown that.
