Weekend Wedding

My best friend from college was getting married in St. Augustine & I was asked to be a bridesmaid. Seeing as I live 9 hours away, I had to find somewhere to stay. My friend (another bridesmaid), her husband, & I all stayed. We could not have had a better experience.

Cozy Condo

The condo was very cozy. It had very up to date stainless appliances & a great washer & dryer. It was a great location for walking to restaurants and the beach. My questions were answered almost immediately! Love the stay!

Beach getaway

The property was clean and spacious for a 2 bedroom/bathroom. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Loved the balcony and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, as well as the short drive to shopping and St. Augustine attractions. Really good location.

Location, location, location!

Great beach access and walkability to restaurants, bike paths etc. Short drive to downtown and local attractions. Cute condo, well appointed. Only negatives were cleaning issues and noise (a sound machine would work!). Really nice stay!

Welcoming and close to the beach

The property manager had great communication throughout and they made sure our stay was great and an easy process. The listing is just as described and the apartment is very welcoming. We were able to go grocery shopping and cook. A walk to the beach takes less than 3 minutes and to Old St Augustine about 15 mins. Lots of places to go eat too around. Would stay there again!

We loved the property and location. Very clean with everything we needed. We were in town for s concert at Cafe 11 and were able to walk there and back in about 5 minutes each way. My favorite diner on the beach was also directly across the street which was nice. Great trip!

Hidden Gem

This property is very simple but perfect for a long weekend getaway. It’s in a great location, short walk down to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It’s above a retail space so you have a partial view of the ocean. The property managers are great! They were very communicative and took great care to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Quick response

We were trying to salvage our vacation after having to evacuation our 1st place in SC due to Hurricane Debby and subsequentflooding. The response to questions, making sure unit was clean, and adjusting the booking date were so fast we were able to enjoy the last bit of our family vacation. The unit was clean and close to the beach. The host responded to every question within minutes. Would definitely book again.

It was great area

The place was great . Supper homie place . Dinner right across. A super cute gift shop in the bottom with local artist merchandise. we were there for a concert so the beach was not our main destination. It is Florida so hot it’s the temperature it took the ac to cool’s of but once there , Perfection. Communication with the host excelente all questions ask . At the moment of my stay they were having some construction or work at the beach , not sure how long that’s going to be on for . With that been said we could hear the beeping sound of machinery ,we got a noise machine that drown that.

Lovely condo and location

The property is a very short walk to the beach with easy access to food options and the pier. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this condo again. Especially since it is pet friendly! It would be so helpful have a dresser in the master closet and a small stick vacuum to help keep things tidy. Also the property really needs a dedicated place to rinse off the sand from the beach. Beyond that it met all our needs.

Great property and location

This condo is beautiful. The property is decorated in a modern cool beach theme with a nautical vibe in different hues of blue and grey. The place is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all the modern conveniences. The bathrooms come with hand soap and plenty of clean towels. The bedrooms have plenty of storage and the beds are super comfortable. There is even a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit. As for the location, personally, it is a no brainer. The beach is right there, and a convenient walk to some of our local favorite restaurants: Café Eleven, Coneheads, A1A Burrito Works, Antonio’s Pizza, and The Beachcomber. We genuinely enjoyed our getaway so much, we booked this property again. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We look forward to coming back this summer.

We had a great time during our stay. The place was very clean and cozy, and it was just a very short walk to the beach. We loved watching the sunrise, walking to the coffee shop in the mornings, and having dinner in the evenings. Historical St. Augustine is just a quick 10-15 minute drive away. We also enjoyed Beachside Diner for breakfast, which is conveniently located across the street. I highly recommend this place! We will be returning!

Beautiful, clean, well maintained property! Great that we were steps from the ocean and close to many restaurants and sightseeing opportunities! Must note however that this is a "Pet Friendly" vacation rental. Our second night we were disturbed by the parking dog in the next unit.

Nice condo with easy access to the beach. The only negative was that the advertisement does not mention the stairs you must climb to get to the condo. There is no access for people who can’t climb stairs.

Updated Condo, Good Value for the Price

The condo was very close to the beach and provided convenient access to many excursion locations in St. Augustine (via car). The unit was nicely updated and provided great value for the price. AC worked great and washer/dryer in the unit was very helpful. The addition of 1 free ticket per excursion per day via Explorie was a nice add (though a little confusing on how to use at first). Things that would be helpful for other travelers... It is right on A1A and bedrooms are on that side of the building so might not be the right choice for light sleepers. The grill did not work for us which was disappointing, but hopefully will be repaired for future guests. We did purchase some additional sand toys for future families as there were not many provided. If you want to enjoy some inside games or cards late night, bring your own as there are not any provided in the unit. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!
