1.Please don’t set AC lower than 70 degrees!Lower setting may cause the unit to be froze,it can take 24 hours to thaw out!
2. No smoking: Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of the cigarette butts properly. 3. No parties or events: Our space is intended for quiet enjoyment, so please respect our neighbors by avoiding loud gatherings or parties. 4. Respect the property: Please treat our home with care and respect. Any damages or excessive mess caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest. 5. Keep noise levels down: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. 6. Check-in and check-out times: If you need any adjustments, kindly inform us in advance. 7. No additional guests without prior approval: The number of guests staying should match the number specified in the booking. Any additional guests must be approved by the host beforehand. 8.
