We loved this house! We had a long list of requirements when looking for a house for family to meet up between NC and south Florida for the Thanksgiving weekend with two dogs and my grandmother with limited mobility, and this checked all the boxes! It’s equipped with a comfortable automated recliner, a walk in shower with a handheld shower head, and a single story home with no stairs/steps at the entrance or inside the home. The home is also really well equipped with seating and kitchenware and was overall really comfortable for our family! We also loved the location in the quiet residential neighborhood but easily walkable to a park and dog-friendly beach. Just note that the backyard is not completely fenced in (open on the corners of the house) if that’s a must for your dogs. We were able to manage just fine without that.
