We had a great stay overall! The house was perfect for our group of 9 girls and had plenty of space for everyone. We truly had an amazing time.The only issue we experienced was when a breaker tripped one day, which caused the WiFi to go out. There was also a loud, constant beep/alarm noise coming from downstairs (related to the breaker), which made it difficult for those sleeping downstairs to get any rest. I did reach out using the provided contact number and was told it would be handled urgently, but unfortunately it wasn’t resolved until the next day around lunchtime.Aside from that inconvenience, everything else about the stay was great.

Our group of six 60 year old buddies had a great time. The house set up was perfect for our needs. The property management team dealt quickly and effectively on a bathroom issue that arose. The property was close enough to St Augustine and Butler Beach that we made multiple trips to both during our stay. We'd stay again if we get back to St Augustine. Thx

Lots of issues. Kitchen sink was leaking, dishwasher was filthy and we had to clean the filter, oven was smoking when we turned it on, washing machine hose fell off and flooded the laundry room, a door knob to an exterior door fell off.

The house was great for our group of eight older ladies great location loved the big room upstairs and the large dining table The house does need to have a deep clean one guest put on new white slippers and within a very short time they were black the floors were dirty The outside grill looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time bit took time ti burn off food residue and get it clean Bathrooms needed cleaning in the shower areas and the white doors were dirty all around handles

Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for all the adults and children to enjoy. The pool was awesome. In the afternoon when the children napped - we took full advantage of the pool. We had a couple of small issues at check-in that were handled extremely fast!! All communication was fantastic. We would rent again when we return to St Augustine.

Family Beach Vacation

This stay was very comfortable and convenient during our family beach vacation week. The house was just as described. Checkin and check out was very detailed and was sent timely. If a question or issue arose, a quick text with response addressed it. This is just a reminder to bring the bug spray because there were lots of Florida mosquitoes when we were sitting around the backyard or swimming. The cleaning was a 4 star inside and the pool wasn’t cleaned during our week. We have a pool and just skimmed it daily for the debris before getting in. We would stay here again. We loved the location between the beach and boat ramp! Thanks for great memories!

Girls trip

Overall, the property was great. Lots of room with everything you need. Response time for any problems was simply fantastic. I feel some of the furniture needs some updating and replacement. Pool area is great, but needs more lighting and better furniture, maybe a little upgrading. Everyone was very happy with amount of space and the layout of the house. We were extremely grateful that you provided beach chairs and wagons for your guests....so, so helpful.Some of your pictures in your advertisement don't quite match what is actually in house....but with that being said, it is very nice and we were very happy there.

Birthday Celebration

Overall, the stay was good. Most of all, we loved the space, the pool, and the televisions in each room as advertised. However, I need to address three important issues to our stay.First, there was a significant mildew odor throughout the house. While some smell is typical for a beach rental, this level was unacceptable and could seriously affect guests staying longer.Second, the remote in the downstairs bedroom was non-functional. Initially, we thought it was a programming issue, but we quickly discovered it was due to dead batteries. It’s essential to have spare batteries available to avoid such inconveniences in the future.Finally, upon returning from a day out, we found that none of the televisions were operational. I reported the Wi-Fi being down, although our phones maintained connectivity. I was informed that there might have been a temporary outage due to storms, yet the issue persisted all night and past checkout without any further contact from our host.These factors considerably impacted our experience, and it’s crucial that they be addressed to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

Bike Week 2025

We came for Bike Week from Wisconsin and loved, loved the area! The house is amazing and very Florida. It was quiet and close to everything. I loved the carport because I was able to park my trailer and not have to pay extra to put my trailer somewhere. Although the weather was a little cool, we were able to enjoy the pool one day. It is heated but was not warm enough. I wish the pool had a screen lanai over it because it was full of leaves. The cleaners didn't come until the day we left. Overall the house is amazing and has everything you would need! We will be back!

Beautiful Getaway

The location was perfect and amenities were plenty. The property was very spacious and accommodating for all of us. Beds were comfy and plenty of linens. The weather was rainy our entire stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool and backyard. The only problem we encountered were the toilets taking a while to fill back up to flush. We will definitely book this property again!

Great Layout and Outdoor Spaces

The house was in a good location, quiet street, surrounded by nice overgrown vegetation which gave it a private feel when you spent time in the pool and on the various porches. Nice layout overall with a large kitchen/living room area on the main floor. Actual not as good as the pictures though. It is older and needs updating. We chose it partly for the bunkroom, but it turned out the set up was not as the pictures presented so we had to rethink sleeping arrangements. Also, the bunkroom is on the lower level, right at the front door, so it was uncomfortable having young children there. The pool was not cleaned until our third day there, and things were not as clean overall as they should have been. Also, managements follow-up to our concerns was slower than it usually is for Vrbo.

Family Vacation

Overall, nice. Needs paint stair rails need to be cleaned. Some updated needed in bathrooms. Loved the outside covered porch. Plenty of seating. Plastic chairs outside cracked. Plenty of chairs and a wagon to take to the beach if needed.

Great Spot for a Girls Getaway!

We loved our long weekend at this cute beachy house. Nice private pool to enjoy out back. Large comfy deck to relax together and loads of seating to watch a good movie. Only disclaimer is the amount of stairs involved getting to and from parking, living area and pool. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

Nice Stay

The inside of the house was clean and fit our family nicely. There are some maintenance issues & some outdoor items that need attending. I am emailing those to the property manager and I am sure they will take care of them. Driving on the beach if you have 4x4 was a great plus and should be noted in the description. Great location between river and ocean!
