The open floor plan boasts a large Family Room,Dining Area (seats6),Office Area, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. The French Doors off the kitchen lead you to a deck with seating overlooking the lush 1/3 acre fenced backyard! Pets are welcome with Owner Approval (on case by case basis). On site are a stackable washer/dryer unit, beach chairs & towels & cooler for your use. Parking available in 1 car garage & driveway only. Vilano Beach is a short 5 min drive, easy access to the inter coastal waterways at Vilano Boat Ramp. Historic Downtown St Augustine is a short car ride or lovely bike ride.
