Welcome to Azure Haven! This striking turquoise beach house is tucked into a quiet residential street in historic Saint Augustine, just a short walk to the Atlantic and minutes from downtown's cobblestone streets, Spanish forts, and iconic lighthouse.

Arrive at the grand covered entryway with its stunning decorative glass door, tropical potted plants, and classic turquoise-and-white Florida charm. Step inside to a bright, coastal-blue foyer with crisp white wainscoting, tile floors, and a walk in closet and bench for stashing beach bags and flip-flops. From here, the private elevator or staircase whisks you to any floor in the home. 3-in-1 game table: pool, air hockey, and ping pong all in one. Tournament-ready rainy day plans, sorted.



The ground floor offers a welcoming queen bedroom with its own TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath featuring a tiled walk-in shower, ideal for guests who prefer to skip the stairs. A dedicated half bath serves this level. Just through the interior door, the converted garage game room features an air hockey table with plenty of open space to play, with easy access to the pool patio through the garage door.



The second floor houses the primary retreat and two additional bedrooms. The luxurious primary suite features a king bed, wall-mounted swing-arm sconces, acacia hardwood floors, and French doors opening onto a covered wraparound front balcony. The spa-worthy ensuite bath features dual-vanity granite countertops and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a built-in sauna, a standout feature for unwinding after a day at the beach. The walk-in closet keeps everything organized. Two additional 2nd-floor bedrooms, a spacious king bedroom with TV and walk-in closet, plus a twin-over-double bunk room with its own TV (great for kids or extra guests), share a bathroom. The 2nd-floor laundry room (full-size washer/dryer with iron and ironing board) is conveniently located just off the hallway. This bedroom also offers a rollaway twin bed.



Take the elevator or staircase up to the show-stopping top floor. The great room is the heart of the home, soaring vaulted ceilings, walls painted a vibrant ocean-turquoise, and huge windows flood the space with Florida sunshine. The chef's kitchen is a dream: white shaker cabinets, an enormous granite-topped island with seating for 6, KitchenAid stainless appliances including a gas cooktop with custom hood vent, double wall ovens, microwave drawer, and a glass-front display cabinet for coastal dishware. Just beyond the island, the dining area seats 8 under a rustic chandelier, perfect for family meals. The living area offers plush reclining sofas arranged on a classic Persian rug, with an electric fireplace beneath a large smart TV. Sliding glass doors open to a covered balcony with peekaboo views and seating for 6. A cozy 3rd-floor bonus bedroom with a Queen bed offers a private retreat, perfect for teens or an extra couple. This floor offers a back balcony overlooking the pool with a loveseat and chair.



From the top floor, step out and up to Azure Haven's rooftop deck, an open-air retreat with a pergola-covered lounge area, string lights for evening use, and a 4-seat dining table positioned for genuine ocean views over the neighboring rooftops. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or stargazing on clear Florida nights.



Step outside to your private backyard oasis: a sparkling pool flanked by paver decking, an elevated tiled spa (hot tub) bubbling away at one end, a shaded lounging area with chaise lounges, and a palm-shaded dining set seating 6. The stainless-steel outdoor kitchen features a built-in gas grill, beverage fridge, and granite counters, ideal for poolside cookouts. This home uses door code entry for self-check-in; your door code is sent by email and text 48 hours prior to arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
