Large home with separate living quarters on each floor giving you togetherness while having space apart. These are two units that join together.
Fantasticfor large families, two family friends vacationing together, corporate weekend retreats.
Our home sits on a double beachfront lot offering individual patios/decks, communal adirondack chairs, hammocks, grills, volleyball and a sandy path to the private beach right from our backyard.
truly magical!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Wedding weekend

Our large extended family rented this house in addition to the other house on same property. It was perfect for our family wedding weekend and we were so happy to be right next door to the other families. Paola's home was wonderfully decorated with lots of space to gather and enjoy time together. Tons of comfy seating all throughout the house. We had both the upstairs and the downstairs but used the downstairs as the main gathering area. The only thing I would say about this house is that some of the rooms literally are only big enough for the bed or bunk bed. It could be difficult for 16 adults to all sleep in beds, but if some of the guests are kids they would be fine. The location was great as well with a gas station/convenience store right across the street and the Publix, shopping and coffee shop just a short walk as well. Paola was so responsive and took care of some minor issues right away. We would definitely come back!!

Great space, great location

This was a great place for a company get together. Combining with the other listings within the same area was great for us. Wonderful layout, great location, and an owner who was immediately available and wonderfully communicative.

Great Place, Great Time!

The house was perfect for our needs -- comfortable, spacious, with everything that we needed. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Our host was helpful and very responsive when we had questions and even mailed an item that was left behind.
