The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals or snacks: a mini-fridge, microwave, crockpot, electric single burner, sink, and coffee maker. A small dining table is perfect for meals or can double as a workspace for business travelers.

Step out onto your private balcony and soak in the beautiful Florida climate while enjoying your favorite book, drink, or simply relaxing with family or friends. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.

Entertainment is easy with a 32" TV offering a premium cable package. And, when you’re ready to cool off, enjoy the sparkling Laterra pool, conveniently located right next door in the courtyard of the 955 building.

While this suite does not have a washer or dryer, the condo offers ceiling fans in the main area to keep things cool and comfortable.

A resort-like paradise

We chose this location to get a nice vacation with pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was oit of order druing our whole stay, we were very deceived.

Great manager- okay unit

Marilyn was wonderful with letting me extend my stay by a day and responding to some items that were lacking! Unfortunately the unit still had disagreed eye drop containers and assorted trash next to the bed upon arrival. Also the bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
