The ceiling fan in the main area ensures comfort during those warm Florida days. While there’s no washer or dryer in the unit, you’ll find a sofa sleeper for added comfort, perfect for accommodating overnight guests.

Relax and unwind while watching your favorite shows on the 50" LG Smart TV with a premium cable package, or enjoy streaming apps using your personal log-in credentials.

When you’re ready to soak up some sunshine, head next door to the gorgeous Laterra pool located in the courtyard of the 955 building. Take a refreshing dip or just relax poolside as you read a good book or watch the kids have fun.

Would stay again, but…..

A few simple improvements would make a huge difference. More towel bars/hooks in bathroom & inside door. Decent waste baskets. Secured elevator that works. One or two more lamps. The ones by the bed were not enough. Clean ceiling fan would have been nice. We were very happy with the smart tv. We had no problem with noise from neighbors. Pool & fitness room was nice. Plenty of towels, dish soap & a start on toilet paper was nice.
