This first-floor condo has a cozy patio area which provides a convenient short stroll to our beach access. This unit sleep a maximum of 6 people with the master bedroom hosting a queen size bed and the guest bedroom provides two twin beds. To accommodate 6 guests, there is a sofa bed in the living room. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comes fully furnished including washer/dryer, linens, towels and a fully stocked kitchen including microwave, coffee pot and all the comforts of home.

When you are not relaxing on the beach or in the condo, the resort has lots for you and your loved ones to do. There are two swimming pools, five hot tubs, four newly resurfaced tennis courts, shuffleboard, a new bocce ball court, pickle ball court, and racquet ball! Yummy restaurants, grocery shopping, bike rentals, ice cream shops, (Music by the Sea Wednesday nights during the summer)-all kinds of fun things to do right here on the island. Venture into old town, minutes away you will be able to enjoy the rich St. Augustine history, delightful restaurants, a multitude of unique art galleries and various entertainment venues.
