Stay in our bright and airy beach house, just two blocks from the ocean! Perfect for extended families or groups seeking both togetherness and privacy, this thoughtfully designed space offers the best of both worlds, all under one roof. Start your mornings with a 5-minute stroll to the beach, coffee in hand, as you catch the breathtaking sunrise with your toes in the sand. After a day of sun and surf, unwind in our newly added hot tub, pure bliss!

The Space:
✨SEAMLESS LIVING✨
Walk up the stairs to the second floor, where you’ll find a bright, open-concept living area filled with natural light. This space features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area—perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. Two sets of French doors open to the deck, letting in fresh ocean breezes and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. This level includes two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. A comfort-height queen air mattress is also provided. Sleeps 6.

✨PRIVATE SUITES✨
The ground floor is split into two private suites, each with its own entrance and unique charm—great for multiple families or couples traveling together.

✨North Bedroom Studio✨
This suite features a queen bed and a full-size pull-out memory foam mattress. You'll enjoy your own wet/coffee bar and a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Sleeps 2 adults & 2 kids.

✨South Bedroom Suite✨
This charming suite includes a queen bedroom, separate living space, wet/coffee bar, and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The living area also has a sofa where one person could comfortably sleep. Sleeps 3 adults.

✨OUTDOOR MOMENTS✨
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower and unwind on the spacious wraparound deck—perfect for soaking in the salty air at any time of day. A newly added hot tub on the lower level provides the perfect end to a sun-filled afternoon.

Please note: There is no interior staircase. The downstairs suites are connected by a lockable interior door, while access to the upstairs unit is via the exterior stairs leading to the deck.

Guest Access:
🔐Guests will have access to the entire property. Smart keypad locks on all doors.

The Neighborhood:
🏠 Our quiet little residential neighborhood is nestled among the dunes at Crescent Beach -- just a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

Getting Around:
🚗Driving is the best option to get around St. Augustine. Uber/Lyft are available and recommended if you plan to go out at night.

Other Things to Note:
🐾 Pet Policy: Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved prior to arrival. Pet fees apply.
Please inquire before bringing pets to avoid additional charges.
For your pet's safety and comfort, do not leave pets unattended inside the property at any time.

📬 Arrival Note:
The house is located on the opposite side of the street from the mailbox. Be sure to look for the house number, not the mailbox, to ensure you’re at the right location.

💳Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation.

🛁 Hot tub is used at your own risk.

👥 Additional Guest Policy: An additional fee applies starting with the 9th guest and for each extra guest beyond that.

📌For stays of 21 days or longer, a $100 deep cleaning fee will be added. We will coordinate payment at the time of booking.
