Our home is your home while you are visiting. It is our hope that you will find all the comforts of home while you are here.

The kitchen is complete with new cabinets, appliances, cookware, spices, dinnerware, and silverware. If you are a coffee connoisseur, our French press is available for the perfect pour (we also have a Kuerig and regular coffee maker). We provide local coffee for the press and Kuerig cups. A one cup teapot with a variety of teas is also available.

We have three
bedrooms (king and queen) and the third bedroom is set up with a twin day bed that has another twin bed that pulls out.
There is a full bathroom in the king bedroom, which also has a jacuzzi tub. The other bathroom close to the ohas a tub/shower.
A brand new washer and dryer is in the house (we supply detergent).

The outdoor area by the pool is paradise! Hopefully the photos do it justice. It opens from the living area which is what we love most!

We have many amenities that we hope you will appreciate, including toiletries, bikes, baby gear, and a fully stocked kitchen, including pots, pans, utensils, spices, and basic cooking needs. If you stay with us, be sure to check out our supplies before shopping. And of course, please reach out if you are looking for something in particular.

We do have a security camera that faces the driveway. It is located on the garage. This is the only device we have.Discover this 3-bedroom gem in St. Augustine. Great Vacation Getaway

Our family vacation was exactly what we needed. The house was great for our needs with ample space. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool as it was a nice wind down from long days on the beach, shopping and site seeing. Location was fine for what we needed, with beach access about 15 or so minutes from the house. The host was very responsive when needed. I'd say you have almost everything you need to be as close to "home" as one can expect. They had lots of items most homes do not offer (toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, sunblock, lotions, q-tips, paper towels, garbage bags, washing powders and much more). The kitchen offered plenty of space for preparing a meal along with extras if needed, coffee selection - spices - etc. I would recommend a laundry basket or two (I brought my own so it wasn't a big deal) and some curtains in the bedrooms. That morning sun wakes you up early and as someone who wakes at 4am for work, sleeping in would be nice. Again, no big deal as a lot of vacation homes don't bother with curtains.We would definitely rent this beautiful vacation home again. We travel to St. Augustine each summer and will be marking this home as one of our favs.
