Dad's 90th Birthday Celebration

We rented these two properties for a weekend to get family together for my Dad's 90th Birthday. The houses were beautifully furnished and well appointed. The putting green, Pop-a-Shot and Foosball table were enjoyed by young and old members of the family. It was great being able to pop back and forth between houses. We had a fantastic time and I highly recommend these properties!

Amazing place and so accommodating for our family

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property and its owner. Jessica communicated throughout the stay in a very timely manner. The place is immaculate and offers so much for all ages to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. Our family was there for our daughter's wedding and everything was perfect (grandparents to teens)!! We also used Bradley Pro services and Captain Joe and they were 5 stars as well. Thank you so much for helping make our trip exceptional!! We will definitely come back again.

Jackpot

Our 25-member family, ranging in age from 9 to 84 and living in 7 different states, convenes for a week every two years to enjoy each other and to catch up with the ones we haven't seen since our last reunion. This year we chanced upon these two properties. Let me say now that we always look forward to seeing each other, but this time we hit the jackpot. While the houses had all the character of St. Augustine, the insides looked new. They were charming, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, nestled amid rich foliage right next to each other on a quiet residential street very near to the beach and to the river. The bathrooms were better appointed than those in most luxury hotels, with dispensers of quality shampoo, quality soap, and even quality bathroom tissue. The kitchens had everything, including coffee pots (regular and Keurig), sugars, salt and pepper, all kinds of glasses and dishware, skillets and pans, sponges and detergent. Each house, including the pool cottage, had its own fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and well-stocked laundry room. Besides a pool on the one property, we had a hot tub, a putting green, a 6-seater golf cart in each garage, bicycles, a garage game room, and more. Automatic door locks were activated with a code so there was no problem with juggling keys. Too many good things to mention here, but the absolute best thing was how incredibly helpful and responsive the owner was, from our first inquiry to the day we had to say goodbye.
