the rooms looked cleaned, but i underneath bed very dusty . cockroaches coming out from under bed..seen roach on wall. and roach crawling im bathroom. Owner is very rude. not inviting at all. Had a bad rapport from the time i got in communication via WhatsApp. by the end of my stay , she was to refund my deposit thay was held for damages..i still have not received. she states she was not able to refund due to her not having my card to do so. her only option to me was to wire funds since i checked out. and was no longer there. and i would have to pay the wire fee. reported to my bank..for the transaction that was charged. which was $200. plus transaction fee of $10. when my card was charged. being investigated with my bank. I would not recommend..had a horrible experience with this individual Ms. Dyer

The property was clean, the area is located at the security gate. Reaching the owner is alway available and communicating with her was open. She made sure my family and I were comfortable and all our needs were met accordingly.

We had blood stains in the bathroom, blood stain on the rooms in the wall, dirty beddings, dirty towels in the bathroom, broken toilet seats, cockroaches crawling on us during the night, the owner of the property was very rude and unprofessional. We even had to buy bleach to wash the toilets because there was limited resources in the property, the lady is a thief and a manipulator, she will find every reason not to refund deposit, she charge a cleaning fee but still expect you to clean the property.
