This property is a recently renovated house in a quiet, residential area a short walk from East Sands Beach and the town centre. Close by are golf courses and supermarkets (M&S, Morrisons, Aldi). The property has a front and rear garden. The garden to the rear is an enclosed private garden which isn't overlooked, with a large brick BBQ. From the rear garden there is a gate which opens onto a lovely park with a community orchard. There is off-street parking in the driveway. The property has Wifi.
The property is over two levels. The rooms are bright and freshly decorated. There are contemporary furnishings throughout the property.
The accommodation comprises a large living / dining room, with three 3 seat sofas and a 50" smart TV. The dining table can seat 8 people.
A fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar looks onto the garden. In the kitchen there is a large range cooker, an American style fridge / freezer, a Nespresso machine, a microwave, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The 4 double bedrooms provide flexible sleeping accommodation: Bedroom 1 - With king sizebed, sofa bed and en-suite shower and toilet.
