Dating back to the 1800s. this beautifully refurbished townhouse could not be better located. All of the town's amenities are right on your doorstep, including The Old Course and West Sands beach, which are a mere 5 minute walk away.
Set across three floors; entry is off a street-level main door, where you are greeted by the bright and spacious entrance hall, with plenty of space for storage of golf clubs. There is also a downstairs WC and hand wash basin off the hall. Toward the rear, there is a cosy, open plan living, kitchen and diner. The lounge area is equipped with a log burning stove, which you can make full use of on a chilly winter's day. The kitchen to the rear is fully equipped with all you could need for your self-catered stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The back door in the kitchen opens out to the property's private, south facing courtyard, with outdoor furniture you can utilise.
The four bedrooms are split equally between the second and third floors - the second consiting of two doubles and a walk in shower room, and third one double, one king, and an additional shower room.
