I reserved the room at 120.00 but when I got the bill it was over 160.00 That is not good business

Will never book here again. Booked a king size bed a couple of weeks ahead. Arrived to find we were given a queen size bed. Staff admitted that another employee had switched our booking and given the king room to someone else. They said that employee is always doing things like that. We requested they call their manager who said there was nothing they could do as the hotel was full that night...it was not.
