• Parking garage directly behind the building (NO FREE PARKING)

• Quiet hours between 11PM-7AM (Please be mindful of other condos above)

• The unit is for the exclusive use of our registered guests only. No visitors are allowed unless cleared with management in advance. No unregistered guests allowed overnight. Extra guests not listed will be charged an extra $50 per guest per night.

• Events: No parties/events allowed. A $300 charge will incur if events/parties are thrown and I will terminate your reservation and the entire party will be asked to leave immediately.

• Extra Cleaning: At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
