#204 Clean Room Outstanding Food And Service , Restaurant staff very friendly always smiling. nice pool also always pol towels available. fast cheeking and super fast checkout . i strongly Recommend this hotel to others

1. Well kept hotel with nice renovated rooms. 2. Happy to help staff. 3. Good Location and view. 4. Nice swimming pool but may not be used due to cold weather. 5. Affordable and high quality hotel. 6. Lavish breakfast spread with multiple options. Overall very good hotel near city centre but away from city chaos. Very good for families and even couples.

The photos on booking sites were quite good and therefore we were disappointed right at the beginning because of the not so nice lobby and old looking couches at the reception. The elevator smelled of dust and was a little unpleasant. however they had renovated the top two/three floors and the rooms were comfortable. We made the reservation for two double rooms with a double bed in each room but one of the rooms had two single beds. when inquired at the front desk we were told that they have limited double beds which is not at all a good excuse and disappoint if it were a couple. luckily one of the double rooms were for myself alone and therefore we let it go. the bathrooms were also not the best because the wash basins were located out of the bath room and was kind of inconvenient. The highlight of the hotel was there calipso team who were actually very good compared to most we hear at hotels. also the food was quite good taste wise and there were some really tasty items in the buffet. From the look of the pool, it was not very appealing and therefore even though the weather was ideal for a dip in the pool, we skipped that. Overall not very satisfied with the stay.

A very friendly and pleasant hotel set on a steep hillside overlooking stunning views of the valley in which Kandy is nestled. Our room had been recently renovated and looked very good for it. Spacious bathroom with shower and bath, large bedroom with the wardrobes and bed forming an island in the middle of the room. Our room had large bay windows giving us a stunning view of the scenery. The buffet dinner and breakfast offered a good selection though they could have done with having some soya milk in to help with a dairy allergy.

A good hotel at good height. Staff is good, food is good. Live guitar play in restaurant was the show stealer. Swimming pool needs improvement. Rooms are spacious. Balcony could be added. TV needs more chanells.

We booked 3 luxury rooms on 31st Aug 17 .The front desk gave us wi fry code but in the rooms there was no internet,on Enquiring we were told inter net is down and hence no service. In the night the a/c in all 3 rooms was not working and the technician gave an evasive reply. In totality customer un friendly hotel.

We really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The environment, food, views and even the service was great. We were staying in a luxurious rooms with all the facilities needed. The staff was really helpful. Our stay was only for two days as we were on a trip around Sri Lanka. We would that we could stay for longer days.

Who ever planing to doing there function this hotel please think twice before book it food and staff super but the management is very very rude they just good till they take your money after that they will treat you as a nothing.

This hotel has no luxury, class or taste. If you are looking for a pleasant stay, then there are many hotels which might suit you. This hotel is disappointing in all aspects - look n feel, class, luxury, customer service, food, rooms, dining hall, open area, lounge. It does not have anything that a decent hotel must have. I don't know why travel agents recommend this. It is just rip-off. Stay away if you can.

Actually am not a picky person i like when i travel not to choose very expensive hotels because i know i will use only to sleep so i got the booking from the agency and i was surprised the hotel is in a hill and the agency activities finish at 5 so we need to stay in our rooms because we cant go to the city with taxi and two kids and we lost two days just staying there nothing to do as entertainment in the hotel Staff are nice food i tried the breakfast i didnt liked 😞the food is too spicy and no options Rooms are okay very clean well organized
