Bad experience ever, not 4 stars at all maybe 3. Upon check-in we came to know that they already charged from our credit card without our permission and its even showing payment upon arrival in Then they asked for security deposit in case we destroy something from the apartment, which is understandable but actually not necessary. We came to a 3 bedrooms apartment. Big rooms and a lots of space but very bad smell in all the rooms and specialty the bathroom. We found out the ceiling is full with mold. Floor was not cleaned properly. Kitchen was poorly equipped ( no cutlery, no crockery). And as all this was not enough. The Internet was not working properly which should not happens in a "4 stars" ranking apartment hotel. We was very disappointed and did not feel comfortable at all. We went down to reception to speak the the manager and of course no manager in charges for night time ( in a "4 stars" hotel). My mum was so unhappy that she wanted to check-out directly (at midnight).

As we arrived the first thing we noticed was how run down the area of this hotel is. To enter on the first night we had to fight our way through a crowd of very persistent beggars. Granted, not something the hotel can do much about, but I don't know why the employee on the door felt the need to laugh at this. The employees on the reception desk were less than helpful, took a very long time for us to finish up with them and get to our room. On first glance the apartment looked okay, but once you have been here for more than 30 mins the floors become very apparent. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, two dirty pans, and a large rusty knife are all the cooking utensils they have to offer. The fridge looks clean enough but the odour would suggest otherwise. Wi-fi is very poor, which was annoying for us because this is something we really need. It cuts out every hour or so, at which point we call reception and they send someone up to fix it, happened at least a dozen times now, they are very reluctant to find us a more permanent fix. There is also a cap on the wi-fi data, something we did not know nor were we told, so we ended up having to pay more money to be able to continue to use it. Sri Lanka's tap water is not clean and is not to be drunk, so bottled water is a must. There is a water dispenser in the apartment but the brown sludge in the top of the water container would suggest they do not change the water containers over for a clean one, it appears instead they just fill the empty ones with tap water and then stick that back in there. The curtains in the apartments don't seem to serve any purpose, they seem to let about 99% of light through, not ideal when you have the sun blinding you at 5:30 am, especially when you only got to sleep a few hours before. Don't bother with room service, it will be stone cold when it gets to you, the burgers and omlets main ingredients appear to be shredded car tyre and I chipped a tooth on one of my fries. You can try watching tv, if you are okay with watching static. Want to pack your clothes away in the wardrobes when you arrive? You need to take the sliding doors off, they don't move... Also the en-suite for the master bedroom stinks, I feel like taping around the door just to make sure nothing from in there gets into the room, but it would just end up seeping through the cracks in the walls anyway, bringing the structural integrity of the entire building into question. To sum up, I can't want to leave.

We stayed in a 3 BR apartment, which definitely was a cozy, comfortable home away from home. The rooms were neat and well maintained. The rooftop swimming pool overlooking the beach is an added delight.

Rooms were so big..... even with a extra bed we had planty of space. The apartment had a kitchen fully equiped for a family. An the living room was spacious tooo. The staff was very friendly and very helpfull.

The property is reasonably clean; spacious; and located on a strategic location. Staff from front desk was very helpful and gone beyond duty of call in hospitality! Breakfast could be improved. One of the best serviced Appartment in Colombo. Value for the money.

Supun was home away from home. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, must say we were surprised on how spacious the apartment was. The check-in was smooth. Staff were friendly, good location and had all the necessary amenities. Their room service was a bit of a minus for me.

Had a wonderful time at this serviced apartment . It was our first attempt at booking one instead of conventional hotels. Naturally we were a little apprehensive since we were on holiday with our entire family. 5 adults and 1 child. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment with sea facing view. The staff are really courteous and took care of all our requests. Pool on the terrace was wonderful and we had a great view of the ocean . The only negative would be lack of a gym but we ended up jogging along the beach which is a mere 100 meters from this place. Overall loved our stay and also the city tours arranged by Supun arcade. I would definitely recommend this for larger families and friends who want to share an apartment . The location is ideal and there are plenty of eat outs and shops within walking distance. The restaurant could have been bigger but keep in mind that most serviced apartments don't even cater . The quality of food was also very good .cost effective and good in quantity. Spacious rooms and well furnished. Aitconditioning available in all the rooms.

At Supun Residency I really felt like home. The check-in was very smooth on arrival with friendly gesture. Comfortable beds fully air-conditioned unit with fans. The room was more than what we expected with luxury touch the view and the location were perfect. The breakfast was delicious added with the sea view. Rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly keeping our needs and requirements not ignored.

I stayed there for 2days with my was a very good choice. I booked a 3 bedroom apartment.its very clean very good service all provided roof top pool with good view. It's worth What you pay. Ill recommend any one to book there.

The hotel is good, nice welcome, hugh apartment, in an relatively interesting part of Columbo, which is a really dull place generally. Good local shops nearby and you will pay local rates instead of hiked tourist prices
