As per the area place can be more organize. Customer don't even know where is Booking office. That kind of resort it is. No sign of anything . Pool is somewhere , kids play ground is no whare. i won't recomand it for tour.

Lemon Garden resorts place good but business policy is very bad. I want to say something resorts woner.... 1. Family room is family room. If we have 3 children what can we do that time bcz Mr. BIVAS said only 3 person allowd. 2. Food... set menu 1 person 300 or 300+ this is not factor . Food quantity huge & enough for 2 person . But your resorts rules food order for per person . 5 years old baby how can eat that much food ? 3. When We r resorts guest so, why we need extra ticket for swimming ? Adult 200tk & child also 200tk how can ? I wish you change ur that type burden policy. Every man make a plan & budget for tour. I hope you understand. Best of luck.

The resort is only 15 minutes (5.8km) away from Sreemangal Railway Station. Tea gardens lend a very soothing vibe to anyone commuting through this road. Entrance to the resort is not very rosy to the visitors as it leaves no other options for the them except climbing significantly high stairs (I hope the resort authority solves this issue ASAP). The resort, with a very large area, has a beautiful prospect if it can render expectation of the visitors. Again, space is not an issue to this resort, but service quality may face questions. Our 15-members group stayed a day there. We rented two cottages consisting five bedrooms and were impressed by the peaceful yard in the front. However, the amenities offered inside the rooms were too outdated. In addition, the management repeatedly proved their inefficiency in delivering promised food menu to us while our stay. It came out as a surprise when we were asked to pay for using the swimming pool. Apart from these flaws, I liked the beautifully decorated garden on the upper side of the resort, the green lawn in front of the dining hall which gives a very refreshing view of the sunrise, and the noticeably big lemon garden with hundreds of high-yielding lemon trees.

This is one of the most natural hotels I have ever seen . Most of the time it rains and make the surrounding environment full natural . Most of the rooms especially The Presidency Room was great . There are gardens to roam around . More than 1000 Lemon grow in one day . It was my pleasure staying in this hotel .
