Escape to this charming RV Tiny House in picturesque Springville. TN. This cozy RV/Tiny house 2 bedrooms 1 bedroom features 1 queen size bed in the up stairs bedroom,with fireplace. The second bedroom is a twin bed good for children,a living room with a sofa couch bed that will sleep two. Guest will have everything they need for a nice stay. Everything is brand new. Washer and dryer ice maker large refrigerator, dishes washer. Bathroom with full shower. Everything is provided for you pots and pans towels was rags it’s easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Lake nearby with great fishing, hunting for out outside we have a fire pit and you can enjoy the sunset. That is why it is called Special Place. IT WOULD BE OUR PLEASURE TO HAVE YOU STAY AT “SPECIAL PLACE”
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

If you are a fisherman or a tournament fisherman, this is where you want to stay when fishing KY Lake! Donna is amazing and she will make sure you feel right at home. No worries about your boat and gear here. Plenty of boat parking and electric hook ups. I am looking to coming back!

This place was absolutely perfect for our trip! Donna couldn’t have been nicer or more communicative. She left candies and a sweet note for us, and had the cutest decorative choices. This was our first stay in a tiny home, and definitely will not be our last!
