This duplex has been completely renovated with upscale finishes like quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, solid wood doors, new bathrooms and much more.
Enjoy large smart TV's in every room, and an easy to use fireplace that will be sure to keep you warm on even the coldest Missouri nights. The kitchen has tons of storage and countertop space, as well as a bar with seating.
The large primary suite has a sofa and a desk along with a modern king bed with a new hybrid foam mattress, as well as an attached bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a queen bed with a hybrid mattress and a second bathroom in the hallway. All rooms feature blackout curtains and sheer curtains to control the lighting and provide privacy.
The laundry room has space to hang your outerwear and a washer and dryer with everything you need. A two car garage accessible by keypad or opener provides great covered parking and includes a gas grill. There are also two bikes in the garage that you can take to the Ozark Greenway Trails.
The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in southwest Springfield and is only a few pedestrian friendly minutes to miles of paved walking and biking trails; the closest leading you right to the Springfield Botanical Gardens!
