Bare bones
First step is finding the place. Even with the directions, finding the building was confusing as it was not visible from street or parking lot.
Step 2- the temperature of the dwelling. It was cold and remained cold. I understand it is Spring time, but some days are unseasonably cooler. Unfortunately, the thermostat was either broke or the insulation of the place was absent.
After that, step at your own risk. There was a coffee pot but no coffee, Keurig, or clean coffee cup.
Perhaps they ran out of time to clean. There was hair strands in the bathroom cabinet. Sticky table and ROACHES! Yup, 4 showed up in our two night stay, one which was on kitchen counter. Thankfully, a mouse wasn’t in the visible trap.
Need I say anything more? No microwave, minimal towels, leaking windows, no replacement trash bags, inadequate amount/type of cookware, no laundry detergent tabs, yelling outside during the night, only a clear shower liner without a curtain, no provision of WIFi password
