Discover the small town making big news! Springfield is located just north of Savannah. Explore local boutiques, antique shops, bakeries, lunch cafes, and event venues all within 1.5 miles of the cottage. The restored Mars Theater will take you back in time. Tybee Island, Hilton Head, and Statesboro are all within an hour drive if you choose to explore more of the south. After you settle in and feel the peaceful accommodations, relaxation sets in -From the screened front porch listening to local birds song, or cloud watching from the hammock out back. You may not want to leave! The house is equipped with comfortable beds, fresh crisp linens, a washer and dryer, an oversized cultured marble shower with awesome water pressure, along with a grill outside and every kitchen gadget you'll need. Dish television, and wifi ready. Front yard is large enough to throw a football or frisbee, back yard has ample seating with 2 outdoor dining areas, and a hammock. Marshmallow roasters are in the pantry when it's time for some stories and smores around the fire pit.

Loved the little house, perfect for me & adult son. Springfield is the cutest little town & convenient for visiting family in Guyton. Owner was easy to communicate with & available when needed. Beds were comfortable & kitchen had anything we needed.

Mid Week Getaway

This home was the perfect distance and location from our home in Florida. We evacuated due to Hurricane Milton and this home was cozy, clean, and quiet. Food Lion just down the street had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and both my daughter and I slept really well. The host was very responsive to our questions and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place if you don’t want to be in the city

About 30-40 minutes from downtown Savannah. For us, that was perfect as we wanted to spend time in South Carolina as well, and allowed us to escape the busy streets after the sun went down. House was cute and well taken care of. Plenty of cups, dishes, pots and pans. Had a Kuereg and a coffee pot. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
