Horrible Experience
We checked in at the appropriate check-in time. Had to contact the owner for the access code. We were on the property for one hour. My husband sat down on the bed and the whole frame collapsed. Contacted the owner and his response was he would see if he can locate another bed. We gathered our items and checked into a hotel. The owner has not refunded us for our stay and VRBO was not any help even after submitting pictures of the damaged bed and a follow-up contact. Not having a useable bed is a HUGE inconvenience when vacationing. The owner's lack of trying to correct the issue or to refund our stay leaves the whole VRBO experience in a negative outlook.
