This is a townhouse (aka duplex) with two floors. The living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bathroom are on the ground floor while all three bedrooms as well as two full bathrooms are on the second floor.
Guests have access to all parts of the house including the living room, kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, upstairs bathrooms and the half bathroom downstairs as well as the backyard.
The garage is not accessible to guests as this space is used as a supplies storage room.
Our neighboring areas are Fayetteville, Tontitown, Lowell, Centerton, Rogers, Bentonville, Bella Vista.
Located between Washington and Benton counties. It is minutes away from U of A, Walton Arts Center, Northwest Arkansas Airport, Tyson, Northwest Medical, Washington Regional, Mercy, Willow Creek, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, JB Hunt, Walmart Home Office, Walmart vendor offices, Crystal Bridges, AMP, malls, shops & restaurants.
