Welcome to the Maple Mid-Mod, a single-level home in downtown Springdale with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably suited for up to 6 guests.

The kitchen is well stocked for everyday cooking and entertaining, with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and hot water kettle, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses for meals at the dining table. A washer and dryer, iron, and extra linens make longer stays easy.

Outside, unwind in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit, with a garden or backyard, outdoor seating, sun loungers, and a BBQ set up for alfresco dining. Indoors, relax by the fireplace, catch up on a book, play a board game, or stream something on the TV, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keeping things comfortable year-round.
