This stunning 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, with an extra bedroom in the basement, is a true gem in Spring Lake Heights. Enjoy modern luxury with a newly designed kitchen featuring a large island, quartz countertops, and a beverage center. Recent upgrades include new floors, bathrooms, and siding with every detail thoughtfully refreshed. Just a 5 minute drive or a quick bike ride to Spring Lake Beach. Make sure to have a dinner out with just a 10-15 minute walk to several great restaurants, and grab an ice cream at Hoffman's on your return home.

Unwind in the saltwater pool or take a short trip to the pristine Spring Lake beaches and charming downtown. Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience at Spring Lake Haven.
Additional house rules:
-We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-No prom stays,
-5 beach badges are provided for Spring Lake Beach. There will be a $100 charge for each unreturned badge.
-No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21
