Waterfront home & beautiful pool
Stay in this waterfront house with access to the Gulf. Relax by the beautiful private pool, play games in the screened in recreation space, grill out on the massive pool deck & enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the pool, balcony or the entire back side of house. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has 2 king beds & 2 twin beds. The kitchen, dining room & living room are open & have a vaulted ceiling to add to the spacious feel. The entire backside of the house has storm-strong sliding glass doors leading to the balcony that also spans the entire backside. The front of the house has a balcony with a bistro table & chairs to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee/tea. 2 kayaks & a paddle board are available or bring your own water toys & tie up to our dock. This is an elevated home with living quarters upstairs however there is a lift for those for whom stairs are a problem. We are close to a number of independent local restaurants, all the major big box stores as well as Weeki Wachee Springs & preserve.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.
