Great house on the springs with great amenities. Would be 5 stars but when we got to the house it was 50ish inside and took a few hours to heat up. House was great with no other issues.

Beautiful house so close to Crystal clear water

The only issue I had was I didn't receive the code to unlock the door prior to arriving. When I got there I didn't have any cell service so it was a bit of struggle to call for the code. Once my call went through they were great at sending me the code

Great location. Poor ownership

Pros- Originally we were blown away with by the views. They really are incredible! We have stayed in many homes off the river and this is probably the best I’ve seen. -There were also so many manatees right off the deck the whole time we were there. - great location from the river - fenced in for petsCons: -the couch was fabric and has stains on the back, like previous pets had lifted their leg to it. -Also the bedroom furniture was very poor quality. I have teens, and they tried to sleep on the bunk beds. One of the bunk beds was very wobbly to the person sleeping on the top. My son decided he felt safer to sleep on the couch for the stay. - the bed in the master bedroom was quite an issue. It apparently was newer, but it was not put together correctly, and during our sleep, the box spring broke at 2am by collapsing from under us! When we looked at it, we could see the frame was twisted and the box spring was not even sitting on the frame. They sent someone to ‘fix it’, and they said it was fixed but apparently they didn’t fix it because it collapsed again the second night. We spent the remainder of our trip by moving the mattress to the floor. They said a new bed would come for at least our last night and it never did. Once I started asking for a partial refund, they started saying that we broke it and tried to charge us!!!! We had issues with booking that our pet fee was not included even though my dog was in the original reservation. Not sure what happened

Perfect Spot

Stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. The house was perfect. Has just about everything you could need. Absolutely perfect spot on the water, with an amazing firework show right in front of us. House was very clean and stocked. Would def stay again.
