I was very Happy with early check in, it helped greatly with the kids.The house was very comfortable and the kids had a great time in the upstairs bedroom.I was surprised if the amount of cooking appliances. The pool was outstanding and we even went night swimming.Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay at such a wonderful place.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The pool and pool floats were especially nice, and the children enjoyed the mushroom game and the kids’ room. The kitchen had a lot of appliances and supplies. There were designated pool towels and other thoughtful details throughout the beautiful house. The only challenge for our group was that all the bedrooms are on the second floor.

Relaxing family time

PROS: great pool area, plenty of outdoor seating, spacious indoors. We loved being able to eat breakfast by the pool and enjoy some evening swims. CONS: could use some updating (pool toys, make water slide a bit more accessible, get rid of grills that are not in working order). My daughter rented a crib, high chair and bed rail from another source because we did not see those things listed in amenities. Overall, we fully enjoyed our time there. We spent an afternoon at Honeymoon Beach and a morning at Weeki Wachee park, which was mostly under renovations, so all we got to see was the mermaid show. It seemed like anything activity wise, was at least an hour drive, other than Honeymoon beach and Weeki Wachee park.Overall, we totally enjoyed out stay! The hosts were very accommodating to us for check out.

Spring Hill Lazy River House

This place was great. Everything you need was there. 5 bedrooms with 2 full baths was a little tough but we made it work. Got there and open the grills to cook dinner and the grills were so gross. Manager took care of it right away with a new grill delivered at night, but that should have been taken care of before we got there. Some confusing moments with pool and spa, but after a couple calls to manager we finnally figure it out. Said 2 washers and one didn’t work. And Kids game room outside was terrible. Needs a good clean up.Outside sold us to rent this place and it was great but needs a little help. Screen door should be replaced outside and the rest of the area needs a little cosmetic help. Overall place was nice. I would recommend it, but just needs a little fixing here and there.

Military Retirement Ceremony

This home was perfect! We’re only 20 minutes away from everything we needed to be at during this special occasion. The home was very comfortable. We would book this home again when next we need our own space! Great hosts to work with.

Getta way that’s worth staying in!!!

The property was exactly what my family needed. A place to get away that had a pool that entertained for days. We never felt like we had to go places we just disconnected from reality and enjoyed each other. There are plenty of things close by to do but with this house no pressure to have to do them. Cook out swim all day or play in the themed room with entertainment.

Spectacular!

This was our families Christmas gift and it did not disappoint. Everything you need here and no reason to leave. Convenient location for visits from our local family, groceries and our grandchildrens favorite....Weeki Wachee Mermaid show. This state park also has kayaks available for rental. The property managers were quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. Thanks for a memorable stay! 5 stars!

Hidden Gem

This property is a hidden gem! We stayed at the house with two other families and 6 kids. It is equipped with everything you need and the outdoor space was a huge hit with everyone. I think the kids swam every day for atleast 5 hours! The house was extremely clean, plenty of space and communication was easy and smooth. The mushroom game was such an added bonus and occupied everyone. Truly shows the hospitality of the hosts. Thank you again for making us feel so welcome!

Happy 75th Mom

The perfect place for our Mom's 75th birthday surprise! We drove up with our family, my brother flew in with his family and our parents showed up later that day for surprise of a lifetime for our mother! We ranged in age from 8-76 years old and it's hard to keep everyone entertained, but not in this house! Not only was it clean, it was stocked and tons of fun things to do together as a family! The kids room was amazing, with lots of things to do for the younger kids, the pool table kept everyone busy and the pool was relaxing, fun and perfect for a fun family activity! We literally never left the house! I highly recommend this getaway, the owners where extremely responsive, before our stay as well as while we where there, plus their hospitality was above and beyond! Thank you for everything, we will recommend your beautiful home and we will be back! Kathy

Heaven on Earth!

First and foremost, DO NOT take to heart when any other review speaks about a “dirty pool!” This place is a tropical escape surrounded by palm trees, bushes, and landscaping of all types, as it adds to the beauty of this paradise! Leaves and other vegetation will eventually fall into the pool, no matter how many times you clean up! Ok, now that we have solved that, do not, and I mean DO NOT pass by this listing without making your reservation! We did not know if the photos would do this home justice? Trust me, it absolutely has! We couldn’t have been happier to have stayed for the 5 nights and 6 days that we were there! Every amenity a house has to offer, was provided. I could spend an hour talking about EVERYTHING that was perfect! Ok, just let me mention a couple…plenty of towels, dishware, cable, apps, toiletries, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, 2 washers & dryers…the list goes on and on! Were the hosts accommodating you ask? 4 hours after our arrival, the air conditioning on the first floor was not working. We called Larry and within an hour a tech was there to repair it. By 9:30 that night, our AC was blasting! Really, if you want everything that a vacation home has to offer, especially if you need 5 bedrooms, your search ends here!! Our first encounter with VRBO, and thanks to our wonderful hosts, we will be using their services more!!! Our thanks again to Larry and his wife!!! 👏👏👏

Amazing

Most kid friendly home you will ever stay in. Back yard area was paradise. Plenty of things to do in the area, but the home and pool are so nice you really don't have to go anywhere to enjoy your slice of paradise! Check in process was extremely easy and the home is well maintained.

Amazing family trip!

Upon arrive the hosts were great getting us the information how to get into the property, what appliances they had for us to make a grocery haul before hand. When we arrived, the house was beautiful, our youngest had a blast doing the mushroom hunt and putting the pin into the safe, loved the pool, the tree house and all the games. Our older children loved playing pool, the yard games and enjoying time by the pool. (We stayed at the coldest days in Florida) We had our family(family of 6) , my mom, dad and my mother in law all there in the house, there was plenty of room and loved that there was a table to fit us all to eat. Huge plus is there were two washers and dryers, no one took home dirty laundry! We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful and large enough for 4 couples and two kids to stay in comfortably (I wish there was one more full bathroom but we made it work). The kids room is over the top awesome. We cooked in the kitchen every day. It is outfitted with everything you could want. During our stay the heating for the hot tub was not working but the host compensated us for the issue since it could not be fixed on a holiday weekend. All in all, it was a nice trip.

Excellent house with an awesome pool!

We were very happy with our stay at this house. We were a group of 10 ranging in age from 10 to 75 and the house was perfect for our group. The kids loved the bunk room, outside game room, pool table and of course the pool the most. The was plenty of room for the adults to spread out both inside and outside which was nice as well. The cupboards and drawers in the kitchen were well stocked with anything we needed, two washers and dryers allowed us to keep all the pool towels dry and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house was tidy and clean. Our local hosts, Larry and Denise, were very responsive and help resolved a few minor issues and even had a clothes iron delivered when we couldn't find one at the house. I highly recommend this property to everyone and we would happily stay here again if we're in Spring Hill again.

Private Resort

This home is truly a private resort. There is no reason to leave. Relax and enjoy the wonderful pool with slide and hot tub. Play outdoor games. The home is beautifully decorated with every detail to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen had everything you will need. We came with our adult children for my mother in laws 90th birthday. She lives close to this property, and it was so much better than getting hotel rooms. They can't wait to come again and bring their children. We had such a great family time.

Nice house

The house was nice, updated and stocked well. Newly decorated and remodeled. The kids enjoyed the mushroom game. 2 bathrooms was a bit of a challenge- wish there was a third. The pool was dirty and not maintained well. When we called someone did come vacuum but it was very quick and not thorough.
