Ground floor apartment with splendid panoramic veranda with table and chairs.
It consists of a large living room, an equipped built-in kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle), a double bedroom with four-poster bed, three bathrooms (with shower), one of which is for the disabled.
Room with three single beds, one of which is smaller for children.
Parking and free WIFI.
The apartment is located in an old farmhouse, expertly renovated, located in a panoramic position, immersed in a 21-hectare park, on the hill overlooking the medieval village of Spoleto just 2 km from the historic center. (car not essential but recommended).
The park is very peaceful and quiet.
Beneficial and regenerating walks on the estate, combined with relaxation in the beautiful infinity pool will brighten your days.
We are close to the Flaminia state road and from us you can easily move to other Umbrian towns.
