Amazing property, even more amazing host

I can't say enough about how amazing Valentina is. During our trip from Lucca to Spoleto the day of check-in, our car ran into mechanical problems which delayed us by several hours. Even though we weren't present at the agreed upon time for check-in, she was very understanding of our situation, kept in touch and we managed to find an arrangement to be able to check-in (we had a family member who lives in Spoleto go and tour the property for us and have everything explained to her). The property itself is breathtaking, and the location of the apartment is exceptional to visit Spoleto. Would definitely highly recommend to anyone considering visiting Spoleto.

The space itself is incredible; the host is even better.

With its one-meter thick walls, brick arches and wooden beams, terracotta floors and period furniture, this apartment, located in a real medieval tower, also has all the modern conveniences you'll need: washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, great shower, etc.. Located midway between the upper and lower parts of the historic center, it served as the perfect launching point to explore all of Spoleto's beauty and charm. The owner even allowed us to use their parking pass for the nearby Posterna parking garage, five minutes from the apartment. After meeting us in person, Valentina also provided countless recommendations for dining, groceries, sights and how to get around the city - all in near-perfect English. We are well seasoned travelers, and very few of the venues we've stayed at have been as pleasant and convenient as this apartment and no other owner has been as kind or accommodating. We will absolutely return.

Ancient Medieval Tower

We stayed at this property in central Spoleto for 30 days. It is an excellent value. We wanted for nothing...It was all there. Elegantly furnished & well maintained. The interior was exceptionally clean. All services are convenient. Parking is very easy and safe. It has windows on 2 sides of the tower overlooking the streetscape You can almost reach out and touch Torre dell’Olioi from the oversized windows. The gracious hosts made themselves available for anything we needed without being intrusive. A special space..with amenity's.
