-Très bien situé au cœur de la ville - Appartement bien rénové y compris la salle de bain qui n’est plus comme sur les photos mais bien mieux - Équipement correct pour cuisiner - Hôte très agréable Malheureusement point noir sur la salle de bain et la petite cours : - odeur d’égout constante difficilement supportable dans la salle de bain - fenêtre de la salle de bain quasiment condamnée et qui laisse un vis à vis direct avec l’arrière des cuisines d’un hôtel restaurant - les cuisines de l’hôtel restaurant situées juste derrière l’appartement dégage une odeur permanente de friture et autre nourriture dans la cours quand ce n’est pas une odeur de poubelle qui y règne ; impossible du coup de laisser les fenêtres de l’appartement ouvertes - la cours n’est pas à ciel ouvert mais surplombée par un toit en taule qui cache toute la lumière et rend l’appartement très sombre - le lit double annoncé et en réalité deux matelas simple (celui de droite beaucoup plus confortable que le gauche) .. - le nécessaire de produit de douche n’était malheureusement pas au complet comme indiqué sur l’annonce Apparemment très correct mais les odeurs incessantes gâchent malheureusement sa valeur ..
