Excellent small hotel. Quirky room with heritage features. Staff were great, bed was comfortable. Well positioned for Diocletians palace. Only minor issue was that the partially underground breakfast room needs some more lights.

Small dark room, very little hanging space, poor AC. Our room smelt of stale cigarettes. Breakfast is very limited, no warm food. Didn’t replace in room coffee or clean mugs/glasses during 3 night stay. There is no bar/cafe as advertised. Good location Definitely not 4 star hotel

The hotel is almost perfect except the noise insulation, unfortunately it is a really big deal. I understand this is a very old building but the sound from the ceiling (people walking in above floor) is totally unacceptable. We can hear all the step so clearly and we cannot sleep well. Tbh I am someone very easy to fall asleep but unfortunately not this time Other than that, everything almost perfect

While the unit itself is lovely, if you plan to arrive after 11 PM, I do not recommend staying here. We waited from 11:30 until midnight standing in the street until someone came to let us in. During the night, two gentlemen sat at the tables outside and had a conversation until 4:10 AM. Without any staff on-site, these issues are difficult to manage, so I would not choose to stay here again.

Malgré l'accueil sympathique, pas digne d'un 4 *

Nous avons eu un bon accueil, la chambre était grande, mais ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles, dans la douche, il y avait 2 hair conditionner et c'est tout. pas de bouteille d'eau, mini-bar vide et petit déjeuner bof. Au beau milieu de la nuit , nous avons été réveillé car le pied du lit a craqué. N'ayant put joindre personne, nous avons dû bricoler avec les moyens du bord. Il est bien dommage que l'hôtel n'ait proposé aucune indemnisation puisqu'au final on a dormi par terre et non dans un lit.
