Modern, practical, clean and fully equipped studio apartment in the very center of Split.

You're within short walking range to majority of Split landmarks and few beaches so there's no need for car at all.


**** About the studio:

You'll love to stay in this small but very practical studio apartment.

It's air-conditioned, modern, well equipped and located in the heart of Split.

Located in the traditional stone house on the ground floor in the old historical part of Split called Varos, it's very close to the world famous Diocletians Palace.

Everything in Split is within short walk from the apartment: promenade, Diocletians palace, forest park Marjan, beaches, restaurants, grocery store…

It has a small kitchen, dining table, double bed and bathroom.

Kitchen has a small fridge with freezer, small oven, stove, coffe machine, kettle and cutlery so you are fully equipped to prepare your own meals.

There's also an LCD TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi internet.

Bathroom has shower, hair dryer and washing machine.

We'll provide you fresh linen and towels. Iron and ironing board can be obtained too.

All this makes it an ideal choice as your base from where you can experience all that Split has to offer, and there's a lot.

**** House rules:

One night stays are surcharged +30%.

For two or more nights stay there is no surcharge.

Please respect this studio as your own - leave it tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but you can smoke in front of the apartment.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is after 14h (2 p.m.), check out before 10h, flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the studio.

There are no shared areas in or around it.

Paid parking is within 1 min walking.

There are free parking spots on the street 3-5 minutes walking from the studio.


**** The Neighbourhood:

This is truly an awesome location!

Apartment is located in the very heart of Split in a clean and secure neighbourhood.

As apartment is sound isolated, its position makes it a perfect combination of being close to everything and having peace when you just want to rest and sleep.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range to virtually everything: restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets, central green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city promenade....

It's just just two minutes walking to the Split promenade and Diocletianss Palace which is the best preserved palace from the Roman times in the world. To see all attractions and beaches within walking range of the apartment please browse through photos.


**** Getting around:

Getting around is super easy. You are not a slave to your car as everything is within walking distance.

Local bus station is 300m away. City bus station, taxis and rent a car agencies are within two minutes walking.

Regional bus station, ferry port, hydroplane seaport and train station are within 10 min walking.

Three great beaches are within just 10-15 min walking: sandy beach Bacvice, rocky beach Zvoncac and pebble beach Obojena Svjetlost. To see them please browse photos, you won't want to leave!

**** Other Things to Note

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, 20 min walking from the studio.

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.

You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.
