Luxury villa Olive Tree is located in Split only few kilometers from the center. It is new villa very modern decorated and located on large private land of more than 1500 square meters surrended by hundreds of olive trees. We have private heated swimming pool only for our guests, few large terraces, barbique area, table tennis, small field for bowling and mini golf, small private football field and even garden only for our guests.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Perfect spot for relaxing in Split
The villa in Split was perfect for our family of four. After a week of site seeing in central Europe the villa offered the relaxation near the sea that we were looking for. The property was beautiful with many flowers and outdoor amenities for the family. We spent our days swimming and cooking on the outdoor grill. The grocery store, mall and the city center were a short drive away. Gordon was a welcoming host. Would like to have stayed longer. Split is a lovely place to visit.
