lean, friendly, modern. Very bad for senior citizens and people with physical difficulties. The taxi leaves you far away because of a narrow street and you have to drag luggage for a long distance to the property. Also, a big step (8" high) from the room to the bathroom you'll have to go up and down when you have to use the bathroom. Far away from the town center, port, etc. Good for younger people only.

pros: walkable 5 minutes from main walk way. staff very friendly and is helpful. price decent. cons: Do Not Attempt to drive there go to that parking lot near and park and then lug your suitcases. this should be texted to every guest prior to arrival. hot water will run out so make sure to shower before any one else. i had to take a cold shower. i believe neighbor apt. using common area likely on same hot water heater. two steep steps down through a narrow door way to get into bathroom is extremely dangerous and no hand rail to help and tiled so could get slippery.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sie ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war zuvorkommend und auch flexibel, als sich unsere Ankunftszeit verzögerte.

This 'hotel' consists of only two apartments so it's small and cozy. Though there is no sign or name of the accommodation visible at the entrance which confused me upon arrival.

Lovely rooms in Split

Neat and clean rooms with perfect distance to Split center. We really loved the roof top balcony and small kitchen for own breakfasts. Lidija is located in a quiet and comfortable area just a few minutes walk to centrum. Perfect for friends or a small family. The host lady was really kind and helpful to us and we had a lovely stay here in Split.
