The house is located on a small hill above the village and offers complete peace and relaxation in a completely peaceful environment. It consists of three connected buildings with a total area of 95 m2. In the first building there is a room with a double bed and a bathroom. Just a few steps in front of the building there is a small swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sunbathing terrace and an outdoor dining room.
Right next to the pool there is another building with a spacious living room with an open view of the pool and the mountains. In the same building, on the lower floor, there are two rooms and an bathroom. One room with a double bed and another with two single beds. In the third building there is a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and in front of the dining area you will find an outdoor grill.
A private children’s play area is also part of the building. The playground is fenced and provides carefree moments for children and parents.
The house is ideal for a family vacation or for couples who want complete privacy.

Panorama meets pool
How wonderful can a vacation be? The answer is yes. We decided to explore Croatia with the in-laws and decided on this accommodation. We wanted a house with at least four beds that was secluded and had a pool. We never thought we would find something so great. The house consists of three little houses, so there is a lot of privacy. It also has a whirlpool, pool and barbecue. The accommodation is in the mountains and offers a fantastic panorama. It is also very well equipped. All of this is great, but it doesn't make it special. What makes it special are the hosts. They are friendly, cleaned the pool and took out trash daily, gave us a full fridge and vegetables, and were always helpful. We have seen a lot, but never before this combination of a great house and such hospitable people. The accommodation was a great base for trips to Bol, Trogir, Dubrovnik, Krka and Split. Shops and beaches can be reached within 10 minutes by car. We can only recommend the accommodation! 5/5 stars

Perfect place
Es war wunderschön. Die Ferienwohnung hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Eigentümer haben uns sogar den Kühlschrank gefüllt.
Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und unsere Kinder hatten großen Spaß. Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Geheimtipp für Relax in den Bergen bei Split - abseits vom Trubel in der Natur
Wir waren vom 16.-21. Mai in Donje Sitno im Ferienhaus von Klaudija, Mateo und ihrem Sohn Vjeko und durften dort wirklich außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft genießen. Das Haus ist an einem grünen Hang in Donje Sitno und hat eine eigene kleine Zufahrtsstraße mit Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Wir konnten uns dort wunderbar erholen. In liebevoller Arbeit wurde das dalmatinische Häuschen renoviert und durch 2 weitere kleine Häuschen ergänzt. Mateo und Klaudija wohnen nur wenige Minuten entfernt und waren für uns immer erreichbar.
Die wunderschöne Natursteinterrasse bietet mit einer massiven Holzsitzgruppe einen tollen Essplatz für gut 6 Personen und hat Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und ins Tal Richtung Split. Alles ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet – die Holzliegen am Pool, der Hängesessel, Polsterauflagen, Pooltücher, Decken. Je nach Wetter, Tageszeit und Vorlieben gibt es genug Sonnen- und Schattenplätze auf dem Grundstück. Auch an Schlechtwettertagen ist die geräumige Küche mit einem langen Esstisch ein stimmungsvoller Treffpunkt, ebenso das Wohnzimmer mit der großen Couchlandschaft und dem atemberaubenden Blick über das Tal und die Berge. Die Klimaanlage kann an kühlen Tagen auch zum Heizen verwendet werden. Klaudija und Mateo haben nicht nur ein geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Ferienhausjuwel geschaffen, sondern bieten auch außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. Noch nie haben wir eine so gut ausgestattete Küche in einem Ferienhaus gefunden, außerdem ein gefüllter Obstkorb, auf dem Esstisch eine dalmatinische Platte mit Salami, Schinken, Käse, Trauben und frischem Brot, außerdem ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über die superbequemen Betten und die geräumigen Schränke in den Schlafzimmern, es gab sogar ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. In den Bädern war genügend Toilettenpapier und Handtücher vorrätig, es gab einen leistungsstarken Fön, der auch für Frauen mit langen Haaren geeignet ist. Eine nagelneue Waschmaschine mit Kurz- und Spezialprogrammen ermöglicht es, dass man tatsächlich mit kleinem Gepäck reisen kann (auch Waschpulver & Co. war alles da).
Unser Fazit: die Zeit ist wie im Flug vergangen. Wir haben uns super erholt. Und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Wir können dieses wunderbare Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen und danken Mateo, Klaudija und Vjeko für ihre Gastfreundschaft an einem außergewöhnlich schönen und liebevoll gestalteten Ort.
