Its close to the pier and related activities but Hotel Luxe is on a busy street. If you're driving to Split, very difficult to get to this place, park your car, drive around, etc. Best to avoid driving. Split is a very congested city, compared to Dubrovnik. Overall hotel is good but can't say the same about the surrounding area.

The clerk was 27 yrs old and about to get a license- was sooooo helpful, professional, personable- left such a great impression! The location is great- u can walk anywhere, restaurant on grounds, dpa in basement and was just remodeled and was sooo clean. Will stay there again!

Absolutely horrendous reception experience. From the moment we arrived at Boutique Hotel Luxe in Split, we were greeted by Yuri at the front desk with an attitude that was nothing short of dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of a welcoming check-in, his tone was curt and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome right away. For a hotel that markets itself as “boutique” and “luxury,” this level of service is unacceptable. The disappointment continued with the room. Far from boutique or stylish, it was small, furnished with basic pieces, and not tastefully decorated. The bed was uncomfortable, adding to the frustration of an already sour experience. Nothing about the space suggested comfort, charm, or value for the price charged. Overall, Boutique Hotel Luxe failed to deliver on its promises at every level. With rude and unprofessional reception, led by Yuri, and below-average rooms, this hotel is best avoided. Split has far better options where guests are treated with respect and offered real comfort.

The property was clean but no bar restaurant as advertised. In the evenings the staff would not even provide cutlery for food the we brought back There was no service on the TV. Breakfast very limited, not condiments for toast. This was definitely not. 4 star hotel and the advertised facilities need to be updated as incorrectly offering facilities they do not provide. It unfortunately made our last 2 nights in Split very disappointing. I would like some sort of refund

The rooms were large and very modern with updated amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious! We had a room with a balcony, and really enjoyed watching the ships coming in and out of the port. This hotel is an easy walking distance to Old Town Split and close to nice restaurants and shopping. It was convenient to have the option of parking our rental car in the hotel's lot closeby.

Fantastic location, nice walkable area but not too close such that you hear all the noise. It was a perfect distance (2-3min walk) to the main port area of Split. The only issue we had was the shower drain smelled, and it took a day or so for us to figure it out and ensure we closed it after showering so that the room didnt smell like rotten eggs. Aside from that, good room, a bit small but probably on par with other hotels in the area.
