Nuestra casa de piedra Villa 'Flor de piedra ", ubicado en pleno centro, muy recomendable!
Villa consta de tres habitaciones privadas, cada una por separado en el suelo. Cada habitación podría ser alquilado por separado.
1ª habitación está en la planta baja, contiene: cama doble + cama individual, cuarto de baño (WC incluido), aire acondicionado, televisión vía satélite, wi-fi

2ª habitación está en el primer piso, contiene: cama doble, cuarto de baño (WC incluido), magnífica terraza, aire acondicionado, televisión vía satélite, wi fi

3ª habitación está en el segundo piso / ático, contiene: cama doble + cama individual, cuarto de baño (WC incluido), aire acondicionado, televisión vía satélite, wi fi

Cocina está equipada con accesorios completos: nevera, congelador, horno, cubiertos, calentador de agua, cocina, etc.
Delante de la casa hay un patio donde se puede tomar un descanso con una botella de vino o una taza de café escuchando a los pájaros.

Auténtica piedra de ladrillo casa dálmata '' Flor de Piedra '' justo en el centro de la ciudad, mantiene la tradición de mil años de edad de la zona de Dalmacia en ella. Situado cerca del famoso palacio de Diocleciano, Peristil, cuadrado Pjaca, Riva, las zonas más bellas de la ciudad vieja. Se le ofrece muy buenas posibilidades de ser la parte de la forma social y cultural de Split a cada visitante que viene aquí. También, vista desde la terraza inolvidable a las paredes de palacio espíritu mediterráneo hacen mucho más fuerte para que, manteniendo antiguos, Edad Media y la arquitectura moderna todos juntos en un solo lugar. Vista magnífica mantenga antigua de Split y colores de perspectiva entre el amanecer y la noche estrellada, convirtiendo un momento para la eternidad ..
Situado en el centro de Split, no hay necesidad de tomar un taxi o autobús, todo está cerca!
Estación de tren y autobuses están a sólo 800 metros de distancia de la villa flor de piedra. Desde la estación que tiene que ir a Riva - paseo, la calle Marmontova - famosa calle en SPLT, y en el extremo de la calle, en el lado derecho se encuentra almacenes Prima Grad. Siga la calle que conduce al este, y al llegar al parque que está aquí. Frente al parque se encuentra Villa piedra de la flor / Kameni Cvit.
La playa de Bacvice es una playa favorita en Split, y es premiado con una bandera azul. La playa es de arena y el mar es azul turquesa con una pureza controlada. Una de las actividades más famosas en la playa está jugando 'picigin' (un juego con una pelota que se juega en el banco de arena), y es un deporte favorito de verano en Split, y también se puede divertirse con otros deportes de mar. Cerca de la playa se encuentran bares, restaurantes y pastelerías donde se puede fresca con una bebida fría o un helado. Si prefiere guijarros playas más bien ir a la colina Marjan, también hay algunas buenas playas.

Very conveniently located close to town with many shops restaurants and culture we loved it. Lovely property nice to have outside space and Ana was super helpful arranging things for us.

We loved this place - the location was great, the bedrooms all had their own bathrooms and were really spacious and the host has everything you needed to enjoy your stay (including umbrellas which were very useful in October!)

This is a beautiful property; well-maintained, clean, and good flow. Equally important, our hostess was communicative and made everything easy. She was also kind enough to bring us beach towels and other essentials, upon request. Our family, which included 2 elderly persons, loved this residence. Highly recommend!

Best location

We stayed five nights in this villa. The location is perfect for exploring Old Town. We loved every minute and wished we had more time here. If I was coming back to Split, I would definitely rent this villa again.

A perfect stay!

We loved every minute of our stay at Ana’s charming house right next to Diocletians Palace. Upon arriving we had snacks and drinks in the fridge and Ana’s communication was top notch. We stayed 6 days and loved every minute. It was close to everything- very spacious bedrooms and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location with a superb host.

Family, 6 night stay in Split

The property was the perfect choice as a base for exploring Split and Omis. Location was perfect and facilities in the property were great. The host could not have been more helpful and even left us a little welcome parcel on arrival. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Beautiful house in a beautiful city. Super convenient location a couple of minutes from the old town

We had 3 generations staying and we each had our own floor with ensuites. The communal outdoor eating area was perfect. Beds were comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Ana was super communicative and provided helpful information. It was a lovely base from which to explore Split and surrounds.

We stayed for 9 nights, the whole experience was perfect! Ana contacted me a couple of weeks before our stay with lots of information of things to do, Wi-Fi password etc and even arranged our transfer from the airport.The villa is excellent and is equipped with everything you may need, even scales to weigh your luggage for the flight home. Super clean and modern. We stayed as a family, but it would also suit 3 couples sharing as each room has its own separate entrance, access to the kitchen and outdoor space.The location is perfect, minutes walk from the palace and harbour.

Sensational Split

Wonderful location at the Palace, everything so close by. Villa was spotlessly clean with everything neededfor our stay and a lovely welcome pack. Wonderful apartment close to the palace

Lovely 3 bedroom villa just on the edge of the palace. Very close to bakeries, grocery stores, beach and the waterfront. No car needed as everything is in walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home for a few meals a day. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Ana was prompt with communication and very helpful before and during our stay.

Location, location

It's all about location. Easy walk everywhere. Used to be 3 private rooms but rented whole. Kitchen in separate building. Only bad thing really was no indoor common area, outside patio is it.

Excellent property

Absolutely spotless, traditional property, spacious bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with beer and nibbles provided. Lovely terrace, perfect for eating breakfast and evening drinks! Best location for everything, old town, gluten free pizza, Tommy supermarket and Riva promenade. Ana was brilliant at communicating and left lots of info and maps. Cannot recommend enough. We will return!

Great Property, Great Owners, Great Location

The pictures of the property are accurate. We were a group of ten so we occupied the entire house. The property is clean and well maintained. It was really nice to eat in the courtyard and on the balcony. The location was great, because it was far enough away from all the action and noise, but still very close to everything. Ana and Tea were extremely helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Great base to explore Split

A lovely property which is a few minutes walk from the centre of Split but set back on a quieter street. 3 large, double rooms with ensuites stacked on top of each other with separate key access makes it very suitable for 3 couples, or in our case, a family with 2 older teens who appreciated their own space. Kitchen is a little quirky, with access off the courtyard, but has everything you need. Ana was lovely to deal with and i would recommend the property and Split.

Serene Split Space

Beautiful Split property with lovely courtyard to escape to from the hustle and bustle outside. Three separate floors with spacious bedrooms and each with its own bathroom. We were three couples traveling together and this property was perfect. The kitchen is separate and right off the courtyard. It was clean and spacious and the hosts were easy to contact and addressed and concerns promptly and courteously. You could hear some noise from the street but we were so tired by the end of the day it never really bothered us. The location is perfect as it is with easy walking distance from shopping, markets, and the Riva.

Lovely character house in old town

We were a family if 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The layout suited us very well as we were independent on each floor. Ana is a great host and looked after us well. We loved being so near to the old town and the beautiful buildings. We walked to the beach most days as it was a very hot week for us. Had some great meals for including vegan . The house is very clean and the beds very comfortable. A few of us had bad reactions to mosquito bites so wished we had brought some heavier duty repellant and remedies etc. Overall Split is beautiful and we would highly recommend this house.thanks Ana!

A great rental from a very helpful host

Ana, the host, was extremely helpful. She provided lots of information and always responded rapidly when we asked a question. The accommodation is very comfortable, has lots of character and is very convenient for the town. The highlight of the property is the balcony, covered with bougainvillea, and with a view over a small local park. When we arrived, the 'welcome pack' was a particularly kind touch. My only reservation was that the parking place was 2/3 on the house's ground and 1/3 on the narrow road. Passing cars get perilously close to the wing mirror - even when folded in. However I think this is 'par for the course' in Split, where ANY parking space is like gold dust! We enjoyed this rental and can recommend it highly.
